Jeanie works with clients to assess their needs and then designs appropriate strategies to meet these needs. In particular, Jeanie facilitates change processes by using a variety of methods to create safe environments where people can take risks to talk openly and honestly with each other in order to learn and grow whether as a group, organization or larger community.

Some of the methods for this kind of open dialogue include Appreciative Inquiry, talking circles, Open Space Technology, World CafĂ© and labyrinth walks. Common to all the processes is Jeanie’s ability to get people talking and laughing together for transformational learning, improved relationships and goal achievement.

Jeanie also trains other facilitators how to use a variety of methods and teaches courses/workshops in leadership, appreciative inquiry, diversity and teams.
