Jeanie trains facilitators across Canada and the USA in the following two certified programs:
Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator Training
Jeanie trains for the Center for Appreciative Inquiry. These intensive 4-day sessions provide participants with the theories, models, experiences and applications needed to facilitate Appreciative Inquiry sessions. By doing a follow-up practicum and report, participants are certified to be Appreciative Inquiry facilitators.
Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) Facilitator Training
Jeanie is a trainer with the international Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) Network. The facilitator training is a 5-day session that provides the participants with the skills and knowledge to facilitate Instructional Skills Workshops in their own organizations.
As well, Jeanie designs facilitator training for organizations specifically to meet their needs. For example, for the City of North Vancouver she designed training for staff to facilitate Town Hall meetings.
